Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect a number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. A number that's already on the WhatsApp Business app has to be migrated, and we'll walk you through it.
What does Meta charge?
Meta bills per delivered template message. In India that's currently about ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility and authentication, plus 18% GST. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. We pass these through at cost.
Is AI included?
AI is off by default. If you want it, add your own API key from Anthropic or OpenAI, pick the features, and set a monthly cap. You pay the provider directly.
Which stores can I connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix today through signed webhooks, plus a custom API for any other backend. Native one-click apps are on the roadmap.
Can agencies resell it?
Yes. Create a workspace per client with its own wallet, number and data, and set your own per-message margin on top of Meta's rate.
How do you keep my numbers safe from Meta restrictions?
Marketing messages go only to people with recorded opt-in, STOP replies opt people out, each contact gets at most one marketing message a day, and a compliance score flags risks like a low quality rating.
When can I sign up?
