How Meta bills per delivered template message, as of October 2026, and what you pay a platform on top.
Meta's per-message rates (ex-GST)

- Add 18% GST to every Meta charge.
- Rates are reported from secondary sources; Meta's official rate card is the authority. Some outlets report that utility and service messages inside the 24-hour window stopped being free from 1 October 2026, which we're verifying.
- Platforms add a subscription, and some add a markup per message. Ask for the markup in writing.
